1980's California blue license plates. Matching pair on aluminum base. Both plates are almost perfect, minor scuffs from storage.

Issued but don't appear to have ever been mounted. These can be used for the YOM program but only for 1980 vehicles with the proper 1980 sticker. The program does not go past 1980 yet.
