CALIFORNIA LICENSE PLATE, GOVERNOR RONALD REAGAN 1968 Folsom Prison

  

Very rare black & Yellow 63 license plate, this plate was stamped at Folsom State Prison. Just like all of the California license plates from the massive stamping press's in the upper yard, Prison Industry Authority (PIA). This 1968 efficiency and cost control appreciation award, w/ the former recipients name and issue date.

Presented by the Governor of California Ronald Reagan. This is NOT a souvenir plate. It's the real deal. It is signed to Curtis Melling, the person who signed the plate could be Reagan himself but I'm not completely sure.
