Plates have a slight twist but will lay flat when mounted. Plates have good gloss and have not been restored. Plates have surface scratches and abrasions with paint loss, circular scrape marks around the lower mounting holes of one plate, and dried wax around and in the recessed areas of the embossed letters and numbers. Plates are cleared and not in the system (meaning they can be reused) per the Department of Motor Vehicles.
The inquiry was made March 25, 2021. I do not know the procedure or requirement in having the plates reissued. Carefully review and magnify the images which are considered part of the description. Let me know if you have any questions or require additional images.
