1980s California Jerrys Bus License Plate & Topper Jerry Garcia Grateful Dead? This is an older California license plate from the early 1980s. The gentleman that had this says it came from one of the Grateful Dead tour buses. Obviously I can't verify this but it's a very cool plate. The plate has dents and general wear from the elements. The surround is made of brass and chrome plated.
Some of the black paint is coming off of the letters exposing the brass. The chrome is dulled but may be clean up if desired.
It would be cool if someone could find a picture of this on a tour vehicle. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.
