California blue and yellow license plates, for commercial vehicles only. Both plates have scratches, paint blemishes (missing paint, dark streaks under the yellow). Some soft edges on the yellow paint.
These aluminum plates may be eligible for the YOM program for commercial. You would also need a matching year sticker.
But please contact the dmv to confirm they are still clear. As sometimes the status can change over time.
