Great gloss on these Original paint plates. They comply with the year of manufacture program (YOM). The California DMV issued the letter "W" in 1980 correct for a 1980 Passenger vehicle car. The License plates are DMV Clear. (The DMV has no record and they are not in the DMV system). I will provide the required DMV form.
