1940 California license plates rare 5 digit set #8B 906 DMV/YOM Cleared.. Pictures show the restoration process although I did not take the photos of the plates being primed I can assure you they were. I have a lot of time invested in this set as you can see the extent of damages needing repair.
No "bondo" was used for these repairs, all repairs where made by means of solder for a strong repair that will last for many years. The plates are not perfect but still very presentable and came out very nice especially considering prior condition. I have more photos upon request.
