This item is 100% All Original with no touch up or restoration of any kind. It is in "VERY GOOD" condition. Remarkably, all four metal grommets remain in the corner holes from the time of original manufacture.

The number on the star tab matches the number of the plate. On the back, the 1918 tab from the prior year is attached. The 1918 bell tab is not in great condition, and you have to look very closely to see that it too has a matching number of the plate. See the close-up photos for detail.
