It is in used condition. Pictures are part of the description. Slight discoloration in some of the numbers. Small spot of missing enamel to the left of the C in CAL. Happy to answer questions since we are not experts in this item.Length 13 1/8 inch by 4 1/2 inch. We have completely photographed item for you to judge yourself. It does show minor wear which is evident in the pictures. There are reflections in the photographs.
